I already have a PS1-3, a PSP, and im getting the Vita lol. Im not trying to make a statement, im showing my dislike of their Code of Conduct failed system by putting that as my bio. I could just put "Change your rules Microsoft, Change. Your. Rules." and sound like Siggas, or Dcigs. But i prefer the Microsoft=DERP lol

But as i said, there is no other way to express how i feel about their Code of Conduct, which is in terrible need of a change, that i can think of. I find that the Code of Conduct needs fixed BADLY. Go back to the other pages and find what i said about the Fort Gay thing. THAT is why i think it needs changed, I know i was out of line even though it was not even a very bad word and was not used in the context of a swear word, but what they did that that person was RIDICULOUS.

Filters will pick up certain words. They're not going to risk the bad publicity that could come their way if Xbox Live gained a reputation for racism or prejudice.

Don't believe everything you read. I seriously doubt that happened and even if it did it was resolved. It's a small price to pay to keep Xbox Live clean.

I know that, but they should have someone monitoring the bans, not just letting the computer system do all the work. If they just have a group of say 100-200 people that keep an eye on the system and track the people who have been ban warned then that would not have happened, plus it would make more job opportunities around the world, god knows we need that. Im no longer angry at my ban, its the fact that they banned someone very close to me two years ago for putting his city on his location.*I've probably already said that*

I understand that as I have a kid BUT on the other hand I wont shy him away from the ugly truth.. but I understand what you're saying. I am going to agree with omen though as swearing is just normal in life Im sure even obama and david cameron swear and they are leaders of 2 of the most powerful countries infact I think obama even admitted to smoking pot in his younger years and so did tony blair.. I mean if prince harry can swear and call someone a racist slur on camera and hes a prince who was probs brought up in the finest school eating the finest steaks and socialised with the top notch people what chance do kids today have? Im not saying throw it in their faces but I think if they come across its better to explain to them why its bad etc than trying to hide it. I think the younger they understand why something is bad the more chance they have. Thats just my two cents.

Then they should censor words if they care that much and get rid of voice communication as its not hard to run into someone who swears... if swearing bothers you that much then the internet isnt where you should be.

An unfriendly Xbox Live is a less profitable service....therefore they have filters in place which are obviously going to pick up stuff that isn't offensive. But why take the risk?
