Ok I've been given admin right's for the forum by Ninja, So My first port is the Staffing on the forum.

I don't want to change it drastically BUT I do need to know if people are still committed and also I have a couple of openings.

So first off is who on the staff at the moment are still able to do their job?! I have already appointed My brother from another mother, lol, Phenom 247 as a Mod as I trust he will do an amazing job. So that leave a position is the promoter's team. I would also like to just check that Publik will be ok doing Modding as well as I know you've been given admin rights to the gears forum so you'll no doubt be spending your time on there and I need my mods to do more then just mod on the forum, esp at the moment with it being quite.

BigStu4U I would like to keep you in the promoters post but if I do I will be giving you some stuff I would like you too be able to manage for me so if you wanna carry it on then brill

Kyrat does an amazing job as graphics but I feel he has too much pressure on him to manage this on his own so I'm also looking for another graphics member, If you are interested then could I ask you to re-design our banner at the top of the page please as your audition.

Next I have got rid of the reporter's position as now I'm admin I will still be doing the reporting anyway.

Once this place is back up too speed and running smoothly I will be looking for more staff position.

So If you are interested in either becoming a promoter or graphics member please let me know

I'm happy doing my bit for now Mate. I've changed your status on the Gears forum from reporter to VIP. I know you don't go on there much but as we'll be working side by side you'll still have access to the staff room there. Maybe that would be the way to go for me on here actually, thinking about it.

I don't have V.I.P members on here, I could move you down to a promoter but without the hassel of promoting or something, I'll sort something out tomorrow

You have VIP members now? How do you become one of those then?

To be honest all I've done with that group is re-instate a couple of people who use to have that status and also placed BadOmen in there as he did such a great job with this place seems a shame to see him as just a normal member... Think it will then move to a post count and contribution group.

Once you reach a certain number of posts and proven to contribute to the forums be a sort of a reward. But there will be a post explaining it all later once I've had a proper think.

Careful with that "thinking"....you don't want to hurt yourself!!!!
