Would this PS3 game disc be playable? Empty

After a PS3 game, there is one on eBay that is being sold as

untested. There is a circular mark on the data side. From any past

experiences with these kind of scratches, what are the chances of

the game playing fine? Aren't Blu-Rays supposed to be more durable

than DVD's?
