checked mine recently and was quite suprised.

64% avoided me
8% for trash talking
8% for overly agressive
48% for unsporting conduct

unsporting conduct can mean any number of things. but the trash talking and aggresive ones i'm quite perplexed, i only play gears online so surely aggresive is good, and i only use my mic when im in a team (usually with HS clan)

I've actually shocked at how low my avoid is as when I was playing cod 4 I use to play with a group and we where right annoying bastards, lol. And the quit early I've got since trying to play fifa online with my shit connection, which kicked me off in the middle of the matches. lol

I've never checked going to now though. Do you check it through the Xbox or can you do it on the site?

Thought xbox I think is the only way, hit guide button go all the way to the right and click profile and then view rep (i think, I've just done that from memory, lol)
