Prototype full game redeemable code Empty

I got a free redeemable Prototype code (360) when I bought Prototype 2 at Wal-mart about a month ago and since I already own the game I don't need it, I checked the prices on amazon.com (which to my knowledge, usually has decent prices), and the cheapest 360 copy of Prototype is about $13 so I'm willing to trade it for an 800 Microsoft point code (which is IMO a good deal since it costs $20 to download it on Xbox Market place).

I'm also willing to hear other offers.
