Ok guys...Iv been set a challenge.

As of next week, I must obtain an overall score of 50,000G

For the people of the forum that know me, please take no notice of the games which I play as they will be for the challange & some self please of playing with Hannah Montana lol.

If you wish to show your support in my achievement run, please post a comment & I will keep everyone up to date via this forum.

So far I have 7000G in less than a month with 2 fully completed games which are Modern Warfare 3 & Borderlands including DLC.

What is the deadline to achieve 50'000 ?

Or do you have any kind of target! 50'000 is a lot to get lol

End of February is the deadline. Theres a catch, games must be 1000G in order to count lol.

lol good luck with that one! You got 7000 and need another 43000 so that's 43 retail games you need to buy and fully complete in 2 months

Sorry I bed to differ. Your opinion is totally assumptious. For people that know me, I have a full time job working 40 hours a week, a mortgage, fiance & nights out with my friends. I only sign on at night to play games during the week.

I managed 29, 534G in 6 weeks last time I had XBox Live & that was working full time!!!

Small update...

Sitting around 12450G now

Challenge is a win situation. For those who dont know why im doing this. There are 15 players including me who have put £100 in so winner takes £1500 prize money.

People have already commented on games in last 24hours but frankly couldnt care less. Im ahead by 4170G with another 30 games to go. MW2 is currenty on list :p

Oh wow, Good luck with that. I myself have 23795 G And I'd never participate in a competition like that.

The average game takes 5-6 hours just to beat the story. 50 x 6= 350 hours of your life just playing the story lines. Then to get all the other extras takes another 2 hours.. So your looking at 362 hours dedicated to this. That's the minimum.
That's 15 days straight of doing nothing but playing game after game without taking a break just constantly playing.. Spread that out between what your telling me it will take you well over 7 months.

Not as much time as you stated as thats based on avarage game times for completion of easy G. The ones Iv started have only taken 3-4 hours max & I even went through the MW2 veteran campaign in under 5 hours. Only spec ops left which Il start tonight

Something tells me you already beat all these games your playing and know where everything is.. Even then, people stumble. It will still take you 300+hours worth of playing.

At least half the games Im using for the boost, I have finished before on the Playstation 3 making things a hell of a lot easier. Then again SR3 & MW3 were new to me & I quickly finished them

Some of the 06 games are rediculously easy lol

Not being mean but how do you find enjoyment from just playing through games quickly.. I can't do that lol.. I like to take my time and find everything nice and slow so I have something to do.

Just like setting myself challenges. Along the way of this run, I have came across friends who have turned into enemies, people who just want to sit & B**** & people who are just there to make fun of you for attempting...I thinks theres only my close friends who have given support to me :p

I'm not making fun or bitching lol. I just have a hard time believing it will be done. Like I said I'm one you have to prove wrong lol.
