Thought I would share a picture of the cake my girlfriend made for me

It was a joint birthday with my 3 year old son it was Toy Story 3 themed but anyhow there was just enough room to put my cake on the table my girlfriend made it herself

I have a very understanding girlfriend she knows I enjoy playing on my XBOX 360 so she doesn't mind at all whenever I play and never says anything about it. Believe me I've had a lot of Gears friends over the years from Gears 1, 2 and 3 and I've heard all kinds of arguments with there partners lol but I've never had that problem I guess I'm one of the lucky ones!

I've found the secret is to get them to play as well....although, that can be tricky....

Prob right, lol. Would rather that be the reason tho then having to play certain games because that's what she wants to play or whatever, dont get me wrong I'm not saying that the other half shouldn't play xbox at all, every now and again its nice to chill and have a little play but I couldn't do it all the time, be no peace or time for just me! Lol

Fortunately, she's only really in to playing Gears....we used to play Borderlands and Army of Two together, but she says that compared to Gears, they are too "slow" for her now.....

im the same with my woman play gears flat out, i bought her a xbox 360 for christmas ( yeah ino im the best bf in the world ) along with gears ( now that proves it ) so she can play gears and watch netflix keeps her happy, she also got me epic edition for my birthday ( wow im lucky ) so thats my secret buy her stuff thats gets her outa you way for a bit lol
