The banner at the top is great and so is the one below, I thought it would be a good idea to get members input (and viewing guests!) as to which they think would be better suited up at the top?

I like the current one but we could be doing with dropping Vector as the new Resy game sucks. LOL

I love the new one too but we've kind of modeled the look of the forum around the banner, if we changed it we would have to drop the green boarder for something else IMO.

Im feeling the old banner more. And Vector is the only cool char from the new game other then Hunk lol.

I'm diggin' the one in the post. Nothin really wrong with the current one, I just prefer the style of the one in the post.

Only problem is as publik said, all the forum images are based on the current one. We would probably have to redo everything to match it in some way.

I gotcha; I have no issue with the current one, so there's no call to create a ton of work for one little change....s'all good!

I like the one in the post, wouldn't take too long to swop things around to match the banner I wouldn't have thought, only took a couple hours last time. Also the characters are better, I like having master chef in the banner but the resy guy isn't a great match, although I do like the banner tho.

True, but still, i don't see why you all like the new banner, we could due with changing vector ro something. The new banner is too dark IMO, and we would have to make the entire forum darker to match it well.

i have the psd to change hunk to dom or a gears person only problem my pc up stairs has photoshop and i broke the wireless dongle and changing files ova to this pc will take time and effort

You mean Vector. And I think it would be nice if it was a Xbox Exclusive char like someone from Gears.

I don't think we would, the banner needs to stand out, its what people notice first off. having a dark banner might look good on the site, I really can't be arsed to take a screen shot and then paste the new banner over the home page of our current one but some one might, so try it and see

Well it's almost been a week and the votes go 5 in favour of the one in the post and only 1 vote for the original. We've put the one in the post up hows it look?

Personally I think if the characters where in colour it would be just right

Agreed with the characters being in color, only reason i really didn't like it was because it was a little to dark. Maybe make the colored and add a glow of some sort around the words to make them stand out?

Yea it is too dark, with coloured characters and the wording layed on top instead of blended in I think that would work

Liking it alot more but defo agree with ninja and omen, coloured in character (perfect choices tho) and layered writing it will be perfect :-)

I like it; definitely a fan of the "colored in characters" idea, tho.

I totally agree that it needs more colour.

I also agree that more colour is needed.. looks bland as hell
