What's your favourite game of 2011?

The 10 games listed are said to be the top 10 games of 2011 by PC World (except I changed 'Yoostar on MTV' which I never even heard about too Modern Warfare 3)

Well this was a tough one for me because I loved Batman, but I didn't get that much time out of it. So I went with Gears because of the replay value.

Skyrim definatly, Gears has gotten fairly stale to me, but i almost went for Metal Gear Solid HD because I LOVE the MGS series.

Skyrim because the only other two games that I own on this list is MW3 and Gears 3. There's just so much replay value in Skyrim.

Skyrim by far. More of a thrill, more connection to your character, better story line and it doesn't need a Multiplayer to be great. The game just has so much thought and creativity put into it.. Honestly Skyrim has way more to offer then any of those games.

I'm starting to think that I'm missing out, having not played Skyrim.

You havent missed out, youve just been too busy playing Hannah Montana lol.

Iv enjoyed Saints Row The Third, Gears Of War 3 & Fotza Motorsport 4 this year.

GOW 3 for me, followed closely by Skyrim and AC:R

Gears of War 3 would get GOTY for me but the Sawed-Off Shotgun ruined that.. Makes the game to casual and intensely annoying.. And for anyone whose going to say you just suck at the game.. I have a 2.4 K/D and a 2.0 W/L. The gun is simply annoying to die by.

I say GoW should not win, its replay value is only held together by the great storyline itself, and personally it has gotten veeerrryyyy stale. I only play it with my brother anymore. Skyrim should win because of the replay value, great storyline, and the massiveness of what you can do. You can be anything from the most goody goody Orc, to the most evil dastardly High Elf. Just my opinion on the fact.

I agree completely. And the SoS is still making me not want it to win even more lol.

I agree with you on that damned sawed off shotgun!!!

i hate both shotguns, the only good thing about GOW 3 for me is CLEAVER, SLICE AND SLICE hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!

Trollolol, wouldin't it be SlICE AND DICE?

Personally idc about the shotguns, to each his/her own. They are not that hard to get passed in my opinion.

No shotgun in Gears equals very boring and dull gameplay. It would make it just like every other god forsaken game out there.

@BadOmen For people who like to use the Gnasher and who have adapted to the way of the older games, people try to carry it over into the newer game but saddly they can't do that when people abuse that gun. Which makes people hate it. I hate it because it requires absolutly no skill or aiming technique at all.. It's just shoot, run, and pray.

Assault rifles in Gears of War 3 at first for me were annoying, but I have a accustomed to that and they aren't bad anymore.. Still find a few annoying kids who abuse the Retro like no other but not as often. Which is good.
